Shipping and Handling: Orion Botanica Products are shipped from Florida using standard ground service via USPS, Fed EX or UPS. Please indicate request for expedited service in shipping when ordering. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Diane Willbrandt at 616 402-1936 within three days of receipt. Save all damaged items and packing materials. We will issue a claim, and you will be contacted by the carrier to arrange for retrieval of damaged items. Please ensure the shipping information you provide is accurate.

Returns/Exchanges/Credits: We stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are unfamiliar with our products, try a sample first! If unhappy, please contact within 7 days of receipt of items. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise may be returned/exchanged only with prior authorization and must be requested within 7 days of receipt of item. Shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refunded. Refunds/exchanges on returns will not be issued if items are damagd due to improper packaging for return.
